Silverado Beverly Place is located in the exclusive area a half mile from The Grove and Farmers Market center, 17 blocks from Cedars-Sinai Hospital, and near the Beverly Center Shopping Mall in the Los Angeles area. Hayworth Avenue is a friendly street, great for residents to take an assisted walk around the block.
Douglas Pancake Architects worked with Centerpoint Development, Inc. to turn this existing building into a licensed care facility with two floors of memory care units and one floor of assisted living units. The lush landscape against the new façade invites residents and visitors into the reception area featuring a warm fireplace and homelike setting.
A large patio on the first floor extends the length of the building for residents and guests to enjoy some fresh air under the shady trees and colorful umbrellas. Spaces inside the building were designed for Silverado's life-enriching, adult-oriented engagement programs.
