Autumn Care was designed to fit a narrow site located near restaurants and shopping areas. It hosts a double loaded corridor with a mix of residential units and common areas. The site topography allowed for an underground parking garage that can be reached from all floors through stairs and elevator.
Designed in the contemporary craftsman style, the facility includes a beauty salon, library, computer room, laundry facility, two dining areas, and activity areas. The underground parking garage allows for 38 parking spaces and a shuttle service for residents.
Both first and second floors feature outdoor terraces. The first floor outdoor terrace was thoughtfully located in the center of the building to be easily accessible from all units. It is also connected to the activity room, creating a looping path for memory care residents. The second floor outdoor terrace is located near the living room, beauty salon, and library.
