GENERAL OVERVIEW

Rancho Cucamonga Senior Living is an assisted living and memory care facility that will provide 70 AL units and 43 MC beds. The building is two-stories and it is designed in a spanish colonical revival style.

BUILDING DESCRIPTION

The project provides assisted living and memory care units and a variety of amenities such as an activity room, fitness gym, private dining, library, and 2 courtyards for both assisted living and memory care residents.

SIGNATURE FEATURES

The building entrance has a double height space that provides more natural light. The corridor above bridges between the lobby and living room creates an interesting path for the residents. The memory care wing has a looping path that connects all units and creates a continuous circulation taking the residents thru the great room and into the
courtyard.
