An existing Japanese restaurant will be demolished to make room for a new three story senior living facility with a basement and a subterranean parking garage.
This new construction senior living facility will be complete with two stories of assisted living and one story of memory care. A faux streetscape design leads to many of the amenities giving off the impression of strolling down a Main Street. The exterior façade is finished with stucco colored with beige tones.
