The Valencia building at ABHOW The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens held a ribbon cutting and open house on Wednesday, July 17. Valencia is the newest addition to the campus and includes a library, café, fine dining and casual restaurants, a performing arts center and a number of other gathering areas for residents.
