The project is a 4-story ground-up construction, boasting 60 affordable units and residential amenities. Seamlessly integrating into its urban backdrop, the building’s façade is an intricate play of four shifting colors and textures, paying homage to the diverse character of its surroundings. Evoking the vibrant nature of the neighborhood, vivid streaks of orange adorn each face of the façade. Anchoring the design is a lightly tapered curtain wall, delineating the front entry and bathing the interior with natural light. The project features sleek metal canopies, recessed windows, contrasting tones, and a rich variety of textures, culminating in a design that is both cohesive and visually striking.
