We are very excited to announce that one of our Assisted Living Projects, Atria Senior Living, has been awarded the 2022 Golden Nugget Award for "Best Senior Housing Community -- On-the-Boards"! Selected by top industry experts who reviewed over 600 entries, these winners showcase the most exciting trends in design, planning and building.
“Gold Nugget Award winners reflect our industry’s best, brightest and most innovative architects, planners and builder/developers,” said Judging Chairman and Gold Nugget ceremonies administrator Lisa Parrish. “We applaud them all, and we look forward to our June 22nd celebration of Merit and Grand Award winners.”
Now in its 59th year, GNA is the largest and most prestigious competition of its kind in the nation. It honors design and planning achievements in community and home design, green-built housing, site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty housing categories. Winners this year were chosen from over 600 entries from around the world.

June 6th - 8th, two of our team members, Douglas Pancake and Jonathon Ma, attended the 2022 CALA Spring Conference & Trade Show at the Monterey Conference Center in Monterey, CA.
DPA's very own Jonathan Ma was recently a part of the speaking panel at the 2nd Annual Interface Active Adult in Dallas, TX.
Hosted by Seniors Housing Business and the InterFace Conference Group, this in-person event was devoted entirely to the active adult/55+ niche. The current 55+ cohort is the largest and fastest-growing segment in today’s renter landscape and will remain so for the next two decades.
It was a very exciting conference that brought together the leading players in the burgeoning active adult/55+ segment, which includes seniors housing owners, operators, investors and developers active in this space. Combining high-level education and market information!
