Nueva Vista is a new building addition to the La Vida Llena campus designed to meet the market demands of Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights.
The contemporary New Mexico Pueblo style building is a four-story Type IIA building over subterranean parking designed to maximize views of the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande Valley.
The building features a variety of traditional New Mexican architecture and artwork such as the traditional dining room design with New Mexico iron and heavy timber, the native New Mexico tile mosaic at the entry designed by a local artisan, and kiva fireplaces.
